We are currently hiring for the following position:
Senior Antenna Engineer
The senior antenna design engineer leads the development of a
variety of microwave antenna types for mobile and wireless
applications. The job includes concept development through design
release, leadership of a multi-disciplinary development team,
technical direction, and customer interface.
Functions / Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design and development of small embedded
antennas for wireless devices
• Responsible for directing a small multi-disciplinary engineering
team from concept development through mass production phases
• Demonstrate commitment to a philosophy of continuous improvement
including practices such as fact-based decision making,
problem-solving method, and total employee involvement
Education: Minimum MSEE (or equivalent)
with five years of relevant experience
Major(s): Electrical Engineering, Physics - Applied, Electronic
Engineering, Engineering Physics
Experience:
• Proven experience designing small, cost competitive embedded
antennas multi-frequency antennas, broadband antennas, antenna
arrays, reflectors, planar arrays, GPS arrays, and communication
antennas to meet a wide variety of applications
• Skills with antenna design tools and antenna testing techniques is
required
• The ability to work well with customers and multi-disciplined
teams is essential
• Skills with electromagnetic simulation tools, such as Agilent or
Ansoft HFSS is required |
