MELBOURNE, Florida, June 12, 2002 SkyCross, a leading developer

is designed for wireless developers requiring a low-cost, compact
antenna for BluetoothTM wireless technology applications.
A standard antenna is a three-dimensional structure that receives
and transmits an RF signal. A printable antenna, however, is a
two-dimensional, flat metallic surface that emits energy like a
standard antenna, however, it can be printed directly onto a wireless
device's circuit board, casing, etc. Although compact in size and
less expensive to design, printable antennas typically have not
featured the same high performance attributes of their three-dimensional
counterparts.
