SkyCross Raises $10.5 Million
in Series B Funding

MELBOURNE, Florida, August 25, 2003   SkyCross, a leading developer of advanced wireless antenna solutions, announced today that it has closed on a second round of financing totaling $10.5 million from a list of top-tier investors. SkyCross will use this funding to continue the global expansion of its product development and support a number of strategic growth initiatives in the wireless communications market.

SkyCross' second round of financing was led by BancBoston Capital (www.bancboscap.com). Additional investors include BAE SYSTEMS (www.baesystems.com) and Investment Partners of Orlando, among others.
