SkyCross Names Wireless Industry Veteran Dan Paulson Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Melbourne, Florida, January 8, 2004   SkyCross, a leading developer of advanced RF and antenna solutions, announced today that it has named 15-year wireless industry veteran Dan Paulson as vice president of sales and marketing.

In this position, Paulson will oversee the company's worldwide sales and marketing activities, including broadening the company's presence in the domestic and international wireless markets, managing key customer relationships, developing strategic partners, managing direct and indirect sales efforts, and all other company marketing initiatives.

Paulson has more than 15 years of experience in U.S. and international sales and marketing in the wireless industry. In his previous positions, he demonstrated a keen acumen for significantly increasing revenue and market share. Before joining SkyCross, he served as vice president of commercial sales and marketing at Paratek Microwave, a producer of highly engineered electronic radio frequency components and subsystems for the commercial and government markets. Prior to that, Paulson served in a variety of leadership positions at Signal Technology Corp., Rangestar Wireless and Nokia.

Paulson earned an MBA from California State University and a BS degree from the University of Utah.
